Welcome to the Bear Creek Association Website

Welcome to Bear Creek, one of the nicest places on the planet (or at least that is what our residents have grown to believe). Bear Creek is a community of full and part-time homeowners who enjoy the serenity of mountains and the company of each other. Our pond and hiking trails allow for organic opportunities to get together along with community gatherings such as our 4th of July pond party, Labor Day progressive dinner, Christmas-time caroling and Après-Ski party. Welcome to our community.

ASCWD contracts with the North Tahoe Fire Protection District (NTFPD) to staff the satellite fire station at the base of the valley and provide us with fire protection throughout the year. During summer 2015 NTFPD is providing chipping service. They are scheduled to be in Alpine Meadows June 22-28, July 27 – August 2, and August 31 – September 6.
